50% of the course fee is non-refundable.

If you cancel more than two weeks before the training begins, you will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds are available for cancellations or withdrawals made within two weeks of the course start date.

If you opt for a payment plan, you are still required to pay any remaining balance that constitutes the 50% non-refundable portion.

Payment Responsibility & Debt Collection

By enrolling, you agree to honour your payment plan. If payments fall behind and three contact attempts from our team are ignored within 30 days, your access to the program will be revoked and the outstanding balance will be referred to a debt collection agency. All associated collection fees will be passed on to you.
