Program Schedule & Seasonal Framework

The iSōma Practitioner Path runs over 12 months, following the seasonal cycle of the Southern Hemisphere β€” from Spring (East) to Summer (North), Autumn (West), and Winter (South).

This is a living curriculum.
The topics are structured, but how we move through them will be responsive. Some parts will land quickly. Others will take time. We teach to what’s alive in the group β€” and you’ll digest it in your own rhythm, too.

Curriculum Overview
Live Monthly Sessions

Fortnightly Study Group (2–2.5 hours): Curriculum teaching, discussion, and guided inquiry.

Fortnightly Practice & Training (2–2.5 hours): Applied practice, facilitation work, and partnered/group exercises.

Live call times alternate between: Monday's 6PM and Tuesday's 9AM Brisbane AEST. Call replays available within 24hrs.

Ongoing Curriculum Components

Topical trainings and guided somatic practice exercises are released throughout the year as pre-recorded videos β€” shared when extra nuance or depth is helpful.

Optional monthly pod practice (Nov 2025 – Aug 2026) offers small peer groups space to integrate and refine through co-regulation and shared feedback.

There are ongoing invitations for personal practice β€” including solo nature immersions, ritual fasting, elemental movement, breathwork, and posture practices to help deepen your integration.

Quarterly Practitioner Assessments & Feedback

Each quarter, practitioners are invited to submit a short integration piece. These are optional and support your deepening and personal refinement. Required only for those wishing to enter advanced study.

  • 1–3 minute video or audio demonstrating applied skill in your field
  • Inquiry-based written reflections embodying key Isoma teachings

Submissions are reviewed by Amber, Kurt and the core team. This process informs supervision spaces and ensures each practitioner is met with clarity, respect, and care.

Integration & Additional Resources

Each theme is paired with a suggested somatic practice or meditation to anchor the teachings in daily life.

Some topics may include an extra pre-recorded teaching (~1 hour) for added depth. These are meant to nourish, not overwhelm.

Commitment & Access

Approx. 7–9 hours of learning/month, including optional pod practice and personal practice.

Live sessions are via Zoom with 24-hour replay uploads.

All materials live in a private membership portal with lifetime access.

Community chat is hosted off-social in a dedicated space for connection and shared learning.

These sessions are 2–3 hours in length and offered as bonus calls throughout the year. They fall during non-call weeks to support integration and deepen seasonal learning.

These are optional in-person gatherings to deepen the work. They’re not retreats β€” they’re real-time practice grounds.

You’ll work directly with land, movement, breath, and ritual alongside others on the path. Participants are invited to camp onsite, co-create meals, and engage in shared practice. There’s no performance or pressure β€” just a container to bring the work into your body and the land.
