Where even the slightest ripple of your tension, story, or expectation would be too much.
It’s ordinary, mostly. Patience. The ability to listen. The dedication to apply yourself to your practice. Humility. A willingness to be uncomfortable without complaining about it. A healthy relationship with community, self, others, the earth and Spirit. Doing less and going slower, perhaps indefinitely. Being open to the idea that you hold a lot more agenda, attachment to outcome, desire for belonging, and seeking of competency or approval than you currently see that you do (to name just a few) —
and letting the healing begin there.

Application Process
This is a significant commitment. Please make sure you’ve reviewed the curriculum, time requirements, and the overall structure of the training. This work is deep, practical, and relational — and it asks for presence and participation.
If you’re accepted, you’ll have 72 hours to confirm your place with payment. We assess applications on a rolling basis, and once spots are full, we close enrolments.
There are no cancellations or refunds once the program begins. If you withdraw within 14 days of the program start date, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the full fee (regardless of your payment plan). After this point, no refunds will be issued. Payment plans still require full commitment to that 50%.
