about
iSōma is a community-rooted path of facilitation and leadership that returns us to what sustains the human spirit. Bridging ancient ways and contemporary practice, iSōma works through a psyche-somatic lens, where archetypal tone, relational repair, elemental coherence, and cyclical rhythm reshape how we live, lead, and serve. Grounded in over 24 years of combined rites of passage work, ceremony, and clinical depth, this is not a technique or certification — it is a deep apprenticeship that matures real capacities through repetition, descent, integration, and relational practice. Everything we offer — from seasonal retreats and solo vigils to group work, instinctive movement, and applied fieldwork — supports a return to coherence, kinship, and a way of guiding that nourishes the collective, not just the individual.
