This session explores meditation as awareness, not just as a practice we do for a few minutes each day, but as a way of inhabiting life itself. Beyond the confinement to the meditation cushion, awareness becomes something we bring into ordinary moments: walking, cooking, working, and relating to others. As we learn to move through daily life with greater presence and attentiveness, meditation begins to unfold naturally within experience. What emerges is a way of living where awareness gently shapes how we act, respond, and participate in the world.
