This session explores gathering attention and entering what we call the slipstream. When attention is scattered, energy is scattered. As we learn to recall attention and bring it back into awareness, energy begins to collect and coherence emerges across the body, mind, and emotional field. From this gathered state, we can intentionally direct attention toward what we wish to participate in and create. As stability deepens, it becomes possible to enter the slipstream, a natural flow where action unfolds with clarity, ease, and a sense of unity between the one acting and the action itself.
